Joe enjoys all aspects of project management, from meeting with clients to learning about their objectives down to the exacting details that keep a job going smoothly and on budget. He is committed to unparalleled customer service and industry expertise for himself and the whole staff. Joe’s professional titles include Certified Floor Covering Installer (CFI) and Certified Floor Covering Executive (CFE). Joe and the staff attend routine training on products, installation, and maintenance to stay current with the latest trends and technology. Liz’s focus is to keep the CTW running smoothly, from keeping the company connected to the community and on point with the industry’s latest trends. She has a strong passion for event coordinating, marketing, promotions and advertising. Liz works one on one with the many organizations CTW Abbey Carpet & Floor is a part of, including Chambers of Commerce of Cottage Grove and McFarland, Madison Area Builders Associations, Real Estate Investors Association, and National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Liz has a kin eye for design and color combinations, and she provides both creative and practical support to the CTW designers and sales staff.

Jeff has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years. After starting as a installers helper in 1988, he decided to head back to school and get his degree. With flooring experience he thought that he could jump right into a sales position and the rest is history. Jeff has experience in just about everything flooring and also custom showers, fireplace fronts and back splashes. Jeff has always said that if there is a problem, you jump on it quickly to reassure your customer that if there is any type of issue it is handled right away. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friend's.

Jeanette Bormette

Jeanette has been in Flooring Sales and Design for more than 20 years. After a short hiatus from CTW, she has re-joined the team as Operations Coordinator. Jeanette will assist the team with placing and tracking their orders. She will assist in the warehouse with receiving the goods and expedited them into the installation phase on a timely manner. Her hobbies are boating, camping and spending quality time with her four grandchildren.

Amy received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Interior Architecture at University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She has a strong interest with the environment, universal design in the home, and the strong sense of functionality in the home. She loves to travel and discuss vacations with clients. Through her travels, she has been able to widen her knowledge of design and motifs used in the design world and can help bring some of those values into a flooring or tile project!  Amy likes taking customers from their ideas, to pulling options together to represent their own style and design. Her favorite projects are shower and backsplash designs, as well as luxury vinyl plank and tile, where she can really explore customized designs that she and the homeowner pull together.

Shelby graduated from Madison College in the spring of 2017, with an associate’s degree in interior design. Shelby started her journey at CTW Abbey Carpet and Floor as one of their first Design interns and blossomed into a design assistant and then into a kitchen & bath designer after she graduated with her degree. She enjoys helping customers with the entire design process and loves making their visions come to life. In Shelby’s free time, she enjoys taking her puppies (Charlie and Cooper) on walks and coaching soccer.

Cody began his career at CTW Flooring as the Warehouse Maintenance and Floor Care Specialist in 2013. Through this experience, he has gained valuable knowledge regarding many aspects of the flooring process, including customer service, products, supplying, and installation. As a Floor Care Specialist, Cody worked with property managers and maintenance workers, which enhanced his understanding of property management job-related conditions and concerns. The warehouse is a demanding and often times difficult job, which has instilled a deep sense of work ethic and teamwork in Cody. He looks forward to utilizing his knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to his work as a salesperson. Cody is excited about the new technology and products available to consumers today, and he looks forward to sharing his ideas with you to complete your next project.

Mike has been perfecting installing floors for over 25 years. Mike comes to CTW from Wagner Flooring where he was the owner and operator for over 20 years. Prior to owning his own business, he started in a warehouse, which gave him a solid basis of knowledge for identifying the benefits and specifications of flooring products. Mike is a NWFA Certified installer. He takes pride in finishing a project and the transformation of a space from beginning to end. Mike will ensure the job is done in a timely manner, and enjoys the challenge of working with new materials and providing customers exactly what they envision.

Lauren graduated from Madison College with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design in the spring of 2023. She started her journey with CTW as an intern helping create 3D visual examples of what spaces will look like when finished. After graduation, she was hired on as a Kitchen and Bath designer. She enjoys getting to know her customers and their styles so she can best execute a design for each individual space to fit the customers’ needs and wants. In her free time, Lauren enjoys attending concerts and events around the area and going on hikes or road trips with her dog, Jay Jay.
